There is no doubt in my mind the “establishment” has weaponised the FOIA 2000 and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) to hide heinous crimes and the fraud and theft of public funds. In particular, I refer to the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent which is a silver bullet get of jail free card.

This court Precedent was designed by crooks to protect crooks. This court precedent has been used on all Public Inquiries to obstruct the course of justice.

It has been used by the Cabinet Office, the Department of Justice, Ministry of transport, Ministry of Defence, every police authority in the United Kingdom, and every public authority in the United Kingdom, inter alias.

The Tory Party has been instrumental in bringing the Dransfield vexatious court precedent to pervert the course of Justice. The Labour party continue to use the Dransfield vexatious case and they turned a blind eye whilst in oppostion.
