Subject: ICO failing their duty of care
To: <richard.tice@reformparty.uk>

Dear Richard,

I call upon my MP to write to the ICO ref the subject title.

My complaints against the ICO are;

1. They have placed me on a lifetime ban from using the FOIA 2000

2. They have obstructed my FOI requests in line with sect 77 of the FOIA 2000. Ditto for section 177 of the GDPR

3. They have refused to recognise my Subject Access Request( SAR)

4. They have breached my Data Rights i e consistent use of my Family name.

5. Further breach of my data and FOI by using my family name as Court Precedent.

6. The ICO have besmirched my good family name stating I lie like Matilda and claim I am a delinquent.

In the first instance, I suggest we should meet at your surgery which incidentally, I have no knowledge of. Do you have a surgery in Boston and Skegness? And have you relocated to either one of them? May I ask please?

Richard, I cannot over emphasise the importance of the Information commissioners’ crimes for nearly 2 decades. Certainly with the last four Information commissioners; John Edwards now, Elizabeth Denham before, Christopher Graham before Denham, and I forget the fourth one.

I look forward to hearing from you,

best regards,

Alan
