I write to you in your official capacity of Education Minister in ref to subject matter.

I appreciate this “wrongdoing” was prior to your current office of tenure. You and the Labour Party refused the FOIA 2000 under section 31 which you and the labour party said was a breach of section 77 of the said act. Please consider this an FOIA request and please provide me with all correspondence on the FOIA request,
