Dear Mr Edwards,

I recently sent you by recorded delivery a copy of a letter I sent to Stockport Council’s insurer’s head office, pointing out that the ICO’s vexatious branding of me meant Stockport Council failed to respond when I sent evidence to them that lethal fibres of brown asbestos were not being removed properly from a new primary school site.

In the light of the dangerous concrete issues in the press today, which Mr Dransfield was branded vexatious for raising previously, what consideration have you personally given to the rescinding of these ludicrous brandings, in the light of the ICO possibly being held liable for the deaths of many children?
