I write to you in your capacity of Secretary of State for Justice. In particular the ICO are acting in concert with HMCTS and corrupt Judges to pervert the course of justice via the use and abuse of the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent.

I will gladly meet you face to face to discuss this Silver Bullet being used to hide heinous crimes.

In the first instance, I suggest you read the GIA/3037/2011 and the Court of Appeal EWCA/454/Civ/ 2015.

The Dransfield vexatious Court Precedent has been used by a plethora of Public Authorities, cabinet office,y MPs, County Councils, Police.

Currently there are a dozen Public Inquiries, ALL of which have used the Dransfield Vexatious Case.

The FOI has been ambushed by the Tory Party, who have relied upon the Dransfield Vexatious Hogwash
