Congratulations on your new posting as Minister  of Justice.

As a matter of extreme urgency, I urge you to call for a Public Inquiry into the conduct of the ICO and HMCTS, with particular emphasis on the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent for Vexatious Cases.

The ICO have imposed a lifetime ban against me using the FOI,
