In April 2013, the DCC released an FOI Decision Notice to a third party which was a mirror image to my FOI, i.e. the health and safety file for the New Rugby Bridge in Exeter.
This was two weeks before the Court of Appeal DN which in essence is / was the Dransfield Vexatious BS.
The DCC didn’t appeal on this case. It was the ICO.
In layman’s language, the Dransfield vexatious precedent was designed by crooks to protect crooks.
