PFI projects were abolished some 4/5 years ago. However PFI Projects are being paid for another 20 years +.

For those people not familiar with PFI, they are Government [i.e. taxpayer] funded schools hospitals, police stations.

These projects are a boondoggle and are unfit for purpose. No wonder local councils are going into liquidation.
