I acknowledge and thank you for this email in response to my request to participate at the Public Inquiry.
I ask you to revisit your rejection as I hold Voluminous EVIDENCE the ICO have been complicit with the Tory Government to hide Covid Data. In particular, numerous Public Authorities have relied upon the Dransfield Vexatious Case which is a silver bullet.
In particular Richard Bailey the ICO Legal Adviser who has wilfully and unlawfully used the Dransfield Case to pervert the Court of Justice on the Covid.
In the event my request was too late, please consider my request at the next level.
