Please add this to my witness statement date yesterday.
Some ICO and GRC Judges will not understand the relevance of the following Devon County Council Document document.. The document named is the As Built Health and Safety File. (ABHSF). The ABHSF is the crucial document which proves malfeasance, obfuscation and egregious conduct and fraud by ALL the leading Public Officials, i.e. FTT/UT /ICO.
Richard Bailey of ALL people knew or should have known that the Exter Chiefs Rugby Bridge had not been provisioned hence my FOIA request could and should not have been deemed as VEXATIOUS because I had raised serious H&S issues.
The ABHSF is prima facie evidence that the ICO have knowingly and wilfully circumvented the FOIA 2000 and section 77 in particular.
Ditto for FTTUT and Court of Appeal Judges. If Lord Denning was alive he would clearly state that FRAUD had been involved in the Dransfield Vexatious case which led to his current ban.
I have been banned for life because I blew the whistle on Lightning Protection.
The ABHSF MUST be considered on this case to allow the context and history of the Dransfield Vexatious Case.
