Executive Board of Directors

I fully appreciate the subject title may well shock members of the committee but I do not make such allegations lightly. 

I have had recourse to be critical of your CEO Robert Barwell and the Monitoring Officer Michelle Sacks who I claim have brought the ELDC into disrepute for their criminal conduct over recent months / years.

I have had recourse to highlight a plethora of allegations against the two high ranking officials whom have not taken my assertions seriously, In the first instance, I suggest / recommend you instruct these two officials to forward my emails over the last 6 months. To summarise my allegations, I have raised planning fraud, maladministration, egregious conduct and malfeasance inter alia. I would gladly meet with the Board of Executive Directors on face to face meeting. My allegations can be verified by a simple ocular inspection of your website. In short, the ELDC are not doing what they purport to be doing or indeed what they get paid to do.

Notwithstanding the veracity of my allegations the gravity of my assertions behove the Board of Directors to investigate. I have also cc this letter to Lincolnshire Police owing to the Criminal Conduct aspects.

Finally, I note you only have one woman on the Executive Directors Board. Could this be the reason why the ELDC screwed up so often?
