I write to you in your Official Capacity of SoS for Local Governments because I am appalled with the East Lindsey District Council in the manner they have dealt with my formal complaints against them. At this juncture, the LGO is dealing with my complaint but owing to the gravity of my allegations I wish to raise this matter to the Secretary of State for Local Government because I believe such failures are not isolated to the ELDC. My concerns and complaints against the ELDC are as follows.
1. They have no input on their pension fund.
2.They do not recognise the ISO 9000/1 series. QA/QC
3. They do not recognise the ISO 14000. Environmental Protection
4. They do not recognize the HRA 1998 and the GDPR 2018
5 They do not recognise the Nolan Principles.
6 They do not recognise the FOIA 2000.
7. They are failing their fiduciary duty of care of oversight authority to Parish Meeting eg Greetham and Somerby Parish Meeting and Parish Councils.
8.They are failing to follow their own Policies and Procedures for Complaints,.
8. Their CEO and Monitoring Office Michelle Sacks are abusing their Powers of Office.
9.They are failing to adhere to their Policies for Records.
10 They are failing their duty of care ref Planning Applications/Approvals.
11. Their CEO Mr Robert Barlow has now adopted bullboy Tactics i.e. SHUTDOWN correspondence.
If my claims are correct,to which I hold no doubt whatsoever, the ELDC are not delivering their services as purported or obligated
