Dear Madam
I write to you in your capacity as Secretary of State for Culture Media and Sport because I do state the ICO and FOI are not fit for purpose.
There is prima facia evidence the ICO are acting in concert with HMCTS and Rogue Public Authorities to pervert the Course of Justice. In particular I refer to the Upper Tribunal Case GIA/30/37/ 2011 which was upheld by the Court of Appeal in EWCA/civ 454/(2015) ICO V Dransfield.
Most, if not all Goverrment departments are using this ROGUE Court Precedent to pervert the course of Justice and to Hide Sensitive Information.
Since Jan 2013 this Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent has been used 30K times. The Information Commissioner’s in the last 12 years Graham, Denham and Edwards are fully aware of this FRAUD.
My allegation can be verified by a simple ocular inspection of the ICO Decision Notice
I am more than willing to have a face to face meeting with you to discuss this urgent matter ..
Notwithstanding the veracity of my allegations, the gravity of my claims behoves your office to investigate my claims. Indeed, I would argue you should call for a criminal investigation.
