Recently, Wirral Council squandered £850,000 on a new fire escape for Wallasey Town Hall, £25,000 on a new stair carpet and much more on new office furniture and new showering facilities for former CEO Graham Burgess.
Now, this magnificent building stands EMPTY, has done for two years, and is completely UNSALEABLE. They can’t even give it away!!
